Active April: Raring to Go

I watched the end of Manchester City v Arsenal with some of the guys after Euston Church Midweek; I didn't expect it to be quite such a drubbing.

I took another look at this video this morning while I boiled the kettle; forgot how long she talks at the start, so only got through a couple of the exercises. I should keep remembering to do these.
